#FakeNews #ENG #WorldCup Boris Johnson To Act As Stunt Double For Trump!

June 29, 2018

Ahead of Mr. President Donald Julian William Horatio Valerie Trump’s official visit to the UK to be endorsed by HRH The Queen on July 13th this year, it has been unofficially confirmed that Sir Mr. Boris Johnson has kindly offered to act as a stunt double in case of a possible assassination attempt on the Mr. President’s life.

As you can see from the photographs below, the resemblance is uncanny apart from their choice in ties, which hopefully will be colour co-ordinated on the day of the Mr. President’s arrival.

In more fake news, it is further alleged that Mr. President Donald has requested – nay, demanded – that ‘Queeny & Co.’ play CHANT LIKE AN ENGLISH FAN by The Laddz upon his arrival at ‘THE Buckingham Palace’. It is our sincere hope that he enjoys the sights of London and the Eiffel Tower as he passes Trafalgar Square.

Stay tuned for more Fake News and silliness, and remember:

#FakeNews #ENG #WorldCup2018 Donald Trump Endorses CHANT LIKE AN ENGLISH FAN by The Laddz

June 28, 2018

in attendance for Donald Trump Town Hall on the NBC Today Show, Rockefeller Plaza, New York, NY April 21, 2016. Photo By: Steven Ferdman/Everett CollectionIn an amazing turn of events, Mr. President Donald Eugene Mary Washington Trump has flexed his executive powers at long last and declared that ALL Americans MUST henceforth refer to the ‘beautiful game’ as FOOTBALL, or The Beautiful Game (which most of them won’t be able to pronounce!) rather than soccer, AND even more amazingly has endorsed CHANT LIKE AN ENGLISH FAN by the UK band The Laddz as his official unofficial World Cup Song for England…! All disclosed using sign language at a private conference in a lavatory in the White House where only he attended.

How do we know this? Our intrepid ‘journalist on the spot’ for #FakeNews dot com, Italian Papa Razzi – not to be confused with Papa John’s Pizza – cleverly disguised himself as a turd and hid in one of the latrines for four days hoping for a scoop. And what a scoop he got!

Not only that, but it is also alleged – we can’t be certain as the recording was a bit muffled due to flatulence – however Papa Razzi clearly heard that if Brussels Belgium win on Thursday, Nukes could be involved (but only in a tactical, strike-first-ask-questions-later manner)

You heard the FAKE NEWS here first, and remember…

Press Release: World Cup England “Chant” Sells 1 Million Copies!

April 1, 2010

*** FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE ***

London — With this years World Cup in South Africa only two months away and no official song from the England squad this year, the music scene has been awash with a record number of unofficial songs to encourage our national team this year. Even some celebrities have hopped onboard, with Rik Mayal’s “Noble England” probably the most notable.

What’s surprising this year, with England playing so well in the ‘friendlies’, is how well the underdog independent labels are doing with their songs. “Be The Best” by the Toyz have done extremely well by giving away 10,000 copies of their song with a new football game. Best of all – and most incredibly – a little-known London band, the Laddz, have shocked not only the British music industry, but have extremely strong sales around the world, topping the one million sales mark yesterday with their catchy and popular, “Chant Like an English Fan!”

Based on the tune to the amazing Bangles 80s hit, “Walk Like an Egyptian” (written by Liam Sternberg) but with amusing football-based lyrics (written by Richard Eyre and Anthony Donnelly) their debut track has taken the industry and the football world totally by storm.

“We couldn’t belive the news,” says Eyre. “When I got the call last night, I didn’t know what to say. We had an idea that the song would catch on, because it’s all a bit of fun really, but we had no idea!” Having missed out back in 2006, when the writing duo first put together the track, because of bad timing and other unrelated incidents, this is certainly an epic moment for the pair.

“Since we’d already put in the work on the track, this year we decided to just have some fun with it this time round,” states Donnelly, adding, “That’s probably why we also decided to see if this April Fool’s Day stunt would work…”

GOTCHA…!

Or did we? Thanks for taking this in good humour, and cheers for all the continued support. Keep following us on Twitter @theladdz and on Myspace http://myspace.com/theladdz
